Summer 2018 Graduates should complete all work, including the supervised semester exam, no later than Thursday 7/19. Teachers need time to grade the grade the work.
Make sure you are in good academic standing. We need to make sure that everyone gets the credits that they've been working for this summer. The counselors, Mrs. Hunter, and Mr. Cato will be checking on you during the final week to make sure everyone stays on pace to graduate.
Jostens will be making deliveries on Wednesday, July 18 at 10:30 in room E-12 at BHS. If you have not received the invoice in the mail, contact Mr. Cato at [email protected] . Everyone will need to have cash or money order on hand to give to Jostens upon delivery. They will not accept checks or credit card payment. Also, at this meeting Mr. Cato will need to meet with each of you quickly to make sure he pronounces your first, middle, and last name correctly at graduation.
Graduation practice will be Friday, July 20 at 1:00. This is a mandatory practice for graduation. The ceremony will take place at 6:00 that night so everyone will need to be back at Blackman by 5:30 pm.
