Meet the Teacher

    Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at RCVS!  I am Ms. Peterson, and I will be teaching PE this year. I can't tell you how excited I am about this! 😂 This will be my 20th year teaching middle school and I'm so excited to embark on this journey with you. I have a B.A. in English/Secondary Education and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. My teaching experience has included a wide range of ability levels, from at-risk/intervention to gifted education and everything in between.

     I am the mom of three amazing humans--Caleb, Jack, and Hannah Grace. In my free time I love to read, listen to live music, and travel. 

    

     I look forward to reuniting with last year's RCVS students and getting to know the new RCVS families. It's going to be an incredible year. Go Trailblazers!
